i visit here consistently for business. the staff is friendly, and they provide great service every time. i appreciated the modern rooms and comfortable amenities, i could really rest. The bar has a warm atmosphere.

the king room was spacious and comfortable. i liked the complimentary drinks provided in the fridge. the staff were cute and helpful, important to me. the restaurant food was lovely and the service was prompt.
the bathroom mirror was positioned quite high on the wall.

Staff members were kind, and their customer care skills impressed me. They also provided excellent service, addressing requests promptly. the reception staff checked me in quickly and also gave clear directions to my room.

The room was clean and spacious (the natural light was amazing). The walk-in shower had lovely hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff was super helpful with directions.
The mirror on the bathroom wall was a bit high for shorter people.

The bar had a very buzzy atmosphere on friday night. I had the evening meal, and as a chef, i loved it. The food and service were fantastic. The staff were attentive (i especially liked the attentiveness).
I was disappointed that i was not informed about the road closure leading to the hotel. a local lady gave me alternative directions. The receptionist said the sat nav should have given the correct information. i do not have one.
